PAYMENT POLICY

To reserve your activity…

1. We need an initial payment to close off your activity Reservation. This payment is very easily done on our website, using either PayPal or an ordinay Bank Transfer.
2. You can choose to pay 50% as a deposit or make the full payment at once.
   When paying 50%, you can pay the remaining half on the day itself. This way you avoid the higher VAT total.

Cancellation…

1. If cancellation is done by us (because of weather or other circumstances) we ALWAYS refund the entire deposit.
2. If cancellation is done by you:
   • More than 48 hours in advance, deposit is fully refundable.
   • Less than 48 hours in advance, half of the deposit is refundable.
